COVID 19 Tracing & Privacy Information

The event managers will use the information you have provided in your registration for COVID-19 contact tracing, if necessary. You should not attend the conference if you are unwell, have any COVID-19 symptoms or if you need to be in isolation for any reason.

Please refer to the  uniteforrecovery.govt.nz  website for details about the current alert level. The event organisers will take all recommended steps to ensure a safe environment however they accept no responsibility should an outbreak of COVID-19 happen at/result from the event.

Unless you indicate otherwise on the registration form, the organisers will include your name on the list of conference participants distributed to delegates and sponsors.

Disclaimer

In the event of cancellation or postponement of the conference due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of terrorism, war, acts of God, pandemics, and natural disaster, the conference cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage or expense which may be incurred by registrants as a consequence of the event being postponed or cancelled. The conference organisers disclaim any and all liability to any person in respect of the consequences of any failure to operate, accident or injury which may occur on services reserved.

It may be necessary for the conference to alter the times, dates, itineraries or presenting speakers at any time. Every endeavour will be made to communicate all changes to delegates in a timely manner.  The conference organisers reserve the right to change information as needed.

In the event of conference cancellation, the maximum liability of the conference is limited to a refund of the conference registration fee, less any costs already incurred,  with no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other costs or expenses whatsoever.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Manager, tracy@on-cue.co.nz
Cancellation before 4 October 2021 will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.


Cancellation on or after 4 October 2021  will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee and may not receive a refund.  Refunds will be at the discretion of the organising committee and considered on a case by case basis.  All refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but please advise On-Cue of any name change, for administration purposes. There will be no refunds for any booked delegate who does not attend on the day.

 

If NZ moved back to Alert Level 2 prior to the conference, then attendance will be capped at 100 attendees and social distancing will be practised.   If NZ moved back to Alert Level 3 or 4 prior to the conference, it will be postponed to a new date, and registration fees paid will be carried over to this date.  Once the conference has begun, if a change in alert level results in a cancellation, then presentations will be recorded and made available to all delegates.

Accommodation Terms & Conditions

Accommodation cancellations and changes must be made in writing to the Conference Manager, tracy@on-cue.co.nz
If you cancel your booking within 30 days of the confirmed arrival date the Hotel will charge any cancellation fees directly to your credit card, equal to the total accommodation booked plus GST. Please ensure you have read and understood the individual hotel accommodation terms & conditions as this may differ between hotels.
All accommodation payments should be paid directly to the accommodation provider on check-in, OnCue do not process accommodation payments with your registration. In the event you do not check-in at the hotel on the date booked, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee to the card provided at the time you confirmed the booking.

OnCue Conferences are not liable for any unpaid accommodation bookings.

Insurance
Delegates are encouraged to take out personal travel and medical insurance which includes loss or damage of personal possessions, including loss of registration and accommodation fees through cancellation.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are acknowledging that a risk of exposure to Covid-19 exists in any public place where people are present.  By attending the conference you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to Covid-19 and agree not to hold NZHS, NZFSS, Rivers Group or conference organisers onCue; or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.
